Though these are the normal options for GP jobs available, you may not have thought about other options available to you. Traveling General Practitioner

There are some health and medical recruiting companies that have GP jobs around the globe. These jobs are traveling jobs and allow you to go to different locations around the world based on need. Some of these jobs are for two weeks while others can be for six months or more. These traveling GP jobs pay well and, in many cases, offer you room and board as well. In fact, some of the areas will house you directly in the village or area you would be working. University General Practitioner

Though the universities viewpoints on the requirements for these GP jobs may change, the overall feel of the job is the same. You would be providing your services to the students and the faculty of the university.
