Hello, my name is Rita and this is my new blog about how to improve your health. Last year, I joined a gym and as part of my membership, they offered me a free medical. I had never given much thought to my health before but I went along to the appointment. The doctor was really sweet and he suggested several ways in which I could improve various ailments which had been bothering me for some time. In the past 12 months, I have dealt with doctors, surgeons, GPs and nurses but I have never felt better in my entire life. I decided to start this blog to encourage others to get serious about their health and wellbeing.
